What We Collect

When you sign up for the free or full SIGNAL Relational Codex™ analysis, we collect the information you provide on the enrollment form: your first name, last name, email address, and city of residence. When you take the questionnaire, we also collect your responses. If you purchase a paid service, payment is processed by Stripe and we do not store your credit card details. If you submit an inquiry through the contact form, we collect what you provide there (typically name, email, and a message).

How We Use It

Your information is used to:

  • Deliver the service you requested — generating your personalized analysis report and emailing it to you
  • Notify us internally so we can follow up if you reply with questions about your report
  • Improve the framework, question set, and overall service quality based on aggregate patterns
  • Communicate with you about your results, related services, and future offerings (you can opt out of marketing communications at any time)

How We Share Your Data

We may share the personal information you provide — including name, email, city, and aggregated or de-identified questionnaire data — with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers we use to operate the site, such as Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, and our analytics provider — used regardless of marketing opt-in
  • Marketing and research partners, only if you have opted in via the marketing checkbox on the signup form. These partners may use this information to send you offers about related services, products, or research participation opportunities, or to conduct market research
  • Successor entities in connection with any merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets
  • Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights

You can change your marketing opt-in choice at any time by emailing us through the contact page with the subject line "Opt Out of Sharing" (or "Opt In to Sharing"). Opting out does not affect the service you've already requested.

Analytics

We collect basic page-view data (which pages are visited, screen size, and referral source) to understand how people use the site. This data is processed through our analytics provider and may be associated with your visit to help us improve the service.

Your Choices & Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights under applicable privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, the Virginia/Colorado/Connecticut/Texas state privacy laws, and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation):

  • Know & access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct: ask us to update inaccurate information
  • Delete: request that we delete your information (subject to limited exceptions)
  • Opt out of sale or sharing: ask us to stop sharing your personal information with marketing partners or for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Withdraw consent: withdraw any consent you previously provided

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally 30 to 45 days). We do not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Materials You Submit in the Questionnaire

Any open-ended responses or context you provide within the questionnaire are used to generate your report and may be used in aggregated or de-identified form to improve the service. Specific personal materials are not published or shared as identifiable examples without your explicit written permission.

Data Retention

Your information and report are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward to support follow-up and improvement of the framework. If you want your data deleted, reach out through the contact page and we will remove it (subject to legal exceptions).

Children's Privacy

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

Services

SIGNAL Relational Codex provides relational signal analysis based on the SIGNAL Relational Codex™ framework. Reports and recommendations are based on the information you provide and reflect one perspective on how your communication patterns may be perceived. They are not therapy, psychological assessment, or guaranteed outcomes.

Payments

Paid services are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. The SIGNAL Relational Codex™ analysis (30 questions) is currently offered at no cost as an introductory analysis; we reserve the right to introduce a fee at any time. The full SIGNAL Relational Codex™ analysis is $89. Private Engagements are quoted individually based on scope.

Intellectual Property

The SIGNAL Relational Codex™ framework, reports, and site content are the intellectual property of SIGNAL Relational Codex. Your personal report is yours to use however you see fit, but the underlying framework and methodology may not be reproduced or resold.

Limitation of Liability

SIGNAL Relational Codex provides analysis and recommendations in good faith. We are not liable for decisions you make based on our reports or advice, or for outcomes in your personal or professional relationships.
