What We Collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), and any notes or questionnaire responses you submit. If you purchase a service, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

How We Use It

Your information is used to deliver the service you requested: generating your analysis report, scheduling your strategy session, or responding to your inquiry. Jamie reviews all submissions personally. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Analytics

We collect basic, anonymous page-view data (which pages are visited, screen size, and referral source) to understand how people use the site. This data is not tied to your identity and does not use third-party tracking cookies.

Your Dating Profiles and Messages

If you submit dating profile screenshots, messaging examples, or other personal materials as part of the analysis, those materials are reviewed only by Jamie and are used solely to produce your report. They are not published, shared, or used as examples without your explicit written permission.

Data Retention

Your submitted materials and report are retained for the duration of our engagement and a reasonable period afterward in case you want to follow up. If you want your data deleted, reach out through the contact page and it will be removed.

Services

SIGNAL Relational Codex provides relational signal analysis and consulting services. Reports and recommendations are based on the information you provide and reflect one perspective on how your communication patterns may be perceived. They are not therapy, psychological assessment, or guaranteed outcomes.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. The Self-Guided Analysis fee ($95) can be applied as a credit toward the full analysis ($250) if you choose to upgrade.

Intellectual Property

The SIGNAL Relational Codex framework, reports, and site content are the intellectual property of SIGNAL Relational Codex. Your personal report is yours to use however you see fit, but the underlying framework and methodology may not be reproduced or resold.

Limitation of Liability

SIGNAL Relational Codex provides analysis and recommendations in good faith. We are not liable for decisions you make based on our reports or advice, or for outcomes in your personal or professional relationships.
